When you book a demo, you share the details you enter in the booking form: usually your name, your email address, and a few facts about your agency. The booking itself is handled by Google's appointment scheduling, so the information you submit there is also processed by Google.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs. We do not use advertising trackers or build marketing profiles.

We use the details you give us to answer your demo request, prepare the call, and follow up about Traviosoft. We use technical logs to keep the site secure and working. We never sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to run the site and the booking.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request (to organize the demo you asked for) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and in contact with people who reached out to us.

The demo calendar is provided by Google. Booking a slot is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. The website is delivered through Cloudflare's hosting and content network. These providers process limited data on our behalf to make the booking and the site work.

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and to remember your language choice. The embedded booking calendar may set its own cookies, managed by Google. We do not run advertising cookies.

We keep the information from your demo request for as long as we are in contact about Traviosoft, and a reasonable period afterwards. Technical logs are kept only for the short time needed for security and maintenance.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email us at sidoine@traviosoft.com. As the business is based in France, you can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
