Yes. Your data sits on secure servers, and only the people you authorize at your agency can see it. It stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on what you bring over: how many clients, open quotes and suppliers you have. On the demo we look at your real data together and give you a realistic idea of the time involved.

Is it suitable if I work alone? What about a team of 10 or 15?

Both work. Traviosoft is built for teams of 2 to 15, and it works just as well for one person running everything from the first quote to the final invoice.

Question 4

Can we import our existing clients, quotes or suppliers?

Usually yes. If your data is in Excel or exported from another tool, we can bring it in. We settle the best way to do it on the demo, based on what you already have.

Is the software available in my language?

The interface is available in French, English and Spanish, and each person on your team can pick their own.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Your data stays yours. If you decide to leave, we arrange an export so you take it with you. The exact terms are set out in your service agreement, and we are happy to walk you through them.

Does Traviosoft replace my website or my accounting software?

Accepted Answer

No. Traviosoft is the internal tool for running your quotes, orders, payments and suppliers. It doesn't replace your public website or your accounting software, though tracking your client and supplier invoices in it does make your accountant's job easier.
